Prof. Adeyemi Adekoya - Virginia State University
COMPUTER INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Dr. Adekoya is an experienced IT professional with a strong technical and research background. Some of his areas of technical expertise, research, and experience include Implementation of Information Systems and Technologies; Technology and Knowledge Transfer; Information Storage and Retrieval; and IT and Organizational Redesign.
He has referred a number of journal articles, proceedings, and abstracts, and has served as a reviewer of both books and grants, and has a published chapter in the Encyclopedia of Multimedia Technology. Dr. Adekoya currently serves as a member of the Career Planning, Placement, Life Transition and Alumni Relations Committee, faculty liaison of the Black Executive Exchange Program (BEEP), and chair of the RFL School of Business Grievance Committee.
Prof. Adeyemi Adekoya graduated from Birch Freeman High school in 1972, and he's a member of the Guild of Awardees of Birch Freeman High School Old Boys' Association (BIFOBA).
